1. What grade of quality are your items?

 We only sell items of counter quality or mirror image replicas (The best replica quality).

3. What comes with the bag?

(Dust bag, authentication card, gift bag, box) The whole package is updated as the counter one, if you need receipt, please inform us, we usually do not send receipt with the bag.


4. Can you deliver to my country?

Atelier Elegant ships all over the world with DHL or EMS.


5. Return Policy

We do not accept any return due to personal reasons or non-quality reasons, make sure that you have confirmed all sizes, color or style before confirming your order through pictures or by emails. In case of any quality issues, we accept your return for any replacement or exchange. Please note that Atelier Elegant passes always a QC( Quality control) before shipment, and we make sure that every shipped product is of perfect status.


6. Do you offer any after-sales services?

We offer free warranty up to 2 months for any items purchased from us, we will repair your items for free, however, we do not offer lifetime warranty, please note that bags are consumable products.( We will not make any exaggeration promises).


7. Do you offer a wholesale?

We are pleased to welcome all re-sellers or agents from all over the world, no matter what you need from us, like pictures or wholesale price, please contact us, we will be happy to help you with your business to get successful.


8. Shipment and delivery time

Our shipment department prepare the package according to the order time, and usually ship out the package within 72h after reception of payment, free shipment for orders over $2000 (Except for some special countries) it takes around 5-7 days to reach in your hands.


9. Can I get the pre-shipment pictures before shipping?

Our shipment department will take the pre-shipment pictures before shipping, if you need, we can send you the pictures, and will only ship out the products after your confirmation. Normally for the clients of first-purchase, it is necessary. 


10. What about Customer issues?

It is possible that we encounter Customer issues especially for some countries of sensitive zones, there are usually 2 possibilities;

1. The Customer will put taxation on your package as they found it the real authentic ones, in this case, you will have to pay the taxation according to the authentic price ( taxation rates are different in different countries), Atelier Elegant is not responsible for the local taxation as every client should know the import policy of their own country before ordering from abroad.


2. The Customer will confiscate the package as they found it as counterfeit, in this case, Atelier Elegant will take charges of 50% of the packages, which means that you will only have to pay another extra 50% of the original price, and we will send you another new package.


11. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept 3 different kinds of payment methods, Western Union, Moneygram or bank  transfer. Credit card or paypal payment is temporarily not accepted 


12. How can I order?

You can click and add your favorite item to the shopping cart, choose your payment method for the checkout, we will receive your order confirm and send you the e-bill for you to complete it with payment.
